Here's how to refill your own containers:

look for clean containers around your house that you'd like to use for our cleaning solutions. Select the product you want to purchase, check out at the front desk, and refill with us again once you're done.

Consider our subscription boxes, which are filled with a selection of our most popular products and delivered right to your doorstep. You get to customize your subscription boxes and choose your frequency, so you can get exactly what you need when you need it.

Or, sign up for our membership program and get up to 20% off on all products, early access to new releases, and a flat shipping fee of $10 to the USA or local delivery for $6.

Come say hi to us every Sunday at the Outer Sunset Farmer's Market in San Francisco from 9:00AM to 2:00PM.

Order online and we'll come to you!
You can choose the "Refill" option if you want us to refill using your own containers, or you can order your desired product "+ Container" if you want to purchase our glass reusable containers. Once you've placed your order, one of our team members will contact you to coordinate the time and day of your delivery. Thoroughly clean your container(s), mark each one with the product you want to fill it with (if you ordered multiple Refills), and leave them on your doorstep for us to pick up and fill up during your scheduled time slot.

If you prefer shipping, we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $55. Just add "Product + Container" to your cart, choose the ship option at checkout, and we'll ship your products in our own eco-friendly packaging.

You can also schedule a refill or subscribe to our refill service. Simply ship us your emptied container with our provided return label, and we'll use it for future refill orders. Join us in reducing waste and making sustainable living more accessible and convenient!
